Dave’s Ghost Pepper Naga Jolokia Hot Sauce Wow, this is another winner from Daves Insanity. This time Dave added the ghost pepper which is the hottest pepper in the world to his recipe. Dave’s Insanity Jolokia Hot Sauce will melt the taste buds of any hot sauce fan. Although this sauce is not the hottest hot sauce in the world, it give the other extreme hot sauces a run for their money.
